Terms of Service for Rivio – AI Cart Recovery & Marketing Email Automation

By using the Rivio plugin (“Plugin”), you agree to the following terms:
1. Use of the Plugin
- Rivio is provided as a free WordPress plugin.
- The plugin connects to Pixelio API to provide analytics, automated recovery, and AI-based email template generation.
- You are responsible for using the plugin in compliance with WordPress.org rules and applicable laws.
2. External Services
- Certain plugin features rely on the Pixelio API (https://api.pixelio.be).
- Data sent to the API includes:
- Cart events (add, remove, abandon)
- Product information (IDs, prices)
- Optional email addresses for beta participation
- User-generated templates
- The plugin only sends this data when necessary and upon user action (or via scheduled cron for cart syncing).
3. Limitations
- Rivio is provided “as-is” without any warranty.
- Pixelio is not responsible for user misconfigurations or third-party service issues.
- Users should backup their site data before using automated actions.
4. Intellectual Property
- The Rivio plugin and Pixelio API algorithms are the property of Pixelio.
- You may not redistribute or modify the plugin or API services outside of your WordPress installation.
5. User Responsibilities
- Ensure that you have the right to process any user data sent via the plugin.
- Use the plugin only for lawful purposes and with explicit consent where required.
6. Liability
- Pixelio is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the plugin.
- Users assume all risk for data processing and email sending via the plugin.
7. Changes
- Pixelio may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified through plugin updates.
- Continued use of the plugin constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
