We only collect the minimum data necessary to provide the plugin’s functionality. This includes:

    • Cart-related events (add, remove, abandon) – product IDs, quantity, price. No personal data unless voluntarily provided.
    • User email addresses only if the user opts into beta registration.
    • Unique site identifier (used to connect to the Pixelio API).

    No other personal information is collected or stored remotely.

    How Data is Used

      • Analyze abandoned cart events.
      • Generate statistics and insights.
      • Enable automated recovery actions such as email notifications.
      • Generate email templates via AI (only when requested by the user).

      Data Sharing

        • Data is sent only to Pixelio API (https://api.pixelio.be) for the purposes above.
        • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

        Data Storage and Security

          • Cart and product information may be stored on Pixelio servers temporarily for processing.
          • User emails are stored only if voluntarily provided and are protected using industry-standard security practices.
          • All other data remains local in your WordPress database.

          User Rights

            • You can opt out of sending emails at any time.
            • You can delete your templates stored on Pixelio servers through the plugin interface.

            External Services

              • The plugin may connect to external services (Pixelio API) to perform processing that cannot be done locally.
